Alexander Gilmore Cochran

Alexander Gilmore Cochran was a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.

Alexander Gilmore Cochran was born in Allegheny City, Pennsylvania . He attended private and public schools of that city, Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, and Columbia Law School in New York City. Cochran was admitted to the bar in 1866 and commenced practice in Pittsburgh.
